24 Hour Passport and Visas

they delivered my new passport within 24 hours.. Rate is reasonable and staff is friendly customer support is good.

I will update this review as this situation pans out, but my suggestion at the moment, is to avoid this company altogether.



My friend needed a passport and a visa to Brazil. He gave them quite a bit of time to do it - approximately 6 weeks before departure date. Our flights left on the 22nd. The passport was ready in Los Angeles on the 26th of the previous month. My friend went in to sign it, then they were supposed to get him a visa. Instead of going to the Los Angeles consulate or the San Francisco consulate (which, by the way, has a 5 day lead time on visas), they sent it across the country to the New York consulate (which has a 15 day lead time on visas). This wouldn't be so bad if they hadn't actually submitted the visa until the 6th of the month, a full 10 days after they had the passport ready to be submitted. This means the visa wouldn't be ready until the 27th (IN NEW YORK), AFTER our flights were to be departed.



They will give you LIES upon LIES upon LIES. I asked for proof of any submission, which they refused to give (the receipt would have been nice). They said they first submitted it on the first of the month, which is the first indication of the incompetence of this operation, as 15 working days after that would have still put it beyond our departure date. We found out later it wasn't submitted until the 6th.



They received but wouldn't respond to any of my emails - I presume because it would put on paper anything they are promising but are unable to deliver.



My friend paid for expedited services, and paid A LOT for it. Instead, they waited 10 days to literally do anything, and they picked the slowest consulate in the entire country from which to get his visa.



After they came back to my friend the Thursday before departure saying he would have to miss his flight, he showed them his invoices with expedited services paid, their promises, and so forth, and the owner of the company, I forget her name at the moment, but can update later, promised she would pull some strings and is confident she will have the visa on Monday, in 2 days from now. This way, they can overnight it from New York to my friend in Los Angeles and he can travel with it the following day. As of right now, on Saturday, according to the website of the consulate of Brazil, his visa has not even started processing yet.



Obviously, they have lied so many times, I don't believe they are telling the truth this time. I believe that their lies at this point are just cruel, because as long as my friend believes he can get a visa, he can't change his flights, and as we all know, flight costs increase dramatically the closer you get to departure, which is now days away.



If they are somehow able to pull this off, I will retract my review. If it is up, you can be assured they didn't. In any case, they have lied and lied and lied, and it is totally shameful. There's no reason for me to think they aren't lying now. They should really be ashamed of themselves.



I will update my review here as this progresses. It is just so very sad at this point the lying this company has done.



This is a total fly-by-night operation. Do not trust these people for your visa services - full stop.

I called this place in the last minute, Came in on a saturday and got my Passport Renewed by Monday afternoon. In 3 days! They are very professional and know what they are doing. Great Service!

I had lost my Passport and had a trip scheduled to China in a week. This place really delivered. I got my US passport and Chinese Visa in 2 days. I had no idea this service even existed until my assistant found them on line. They are efficient and really know what they are doing. 5 Stars.
