Comments : Tu Angels was professional and thorough from my initial quote to the ladies who cleaned our rental unit. Our quote was fast and reasonable. They were able to schedule our cleaning quickly. The ladies arrived on time and did an extremely thorough job. I was also impressed that there were no hidden charges. Nothing extra if it took longer than they expected and the appliances and inside windows were included! I had been charged extra in the past with other cleaning services, which comes as a surprise at the end. I will be using Tu Angels again!

I have always had a great experience with Tu Angels. All the employees are very well mannered and extremely thorough in their work. I honestly feel like I get more than what I paid for each time and I love getting my money's worth! Lol

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! They advertise on Groupon, but will upsell you if you call to ask for info on their services, and then they do a horrible job. I hired them to do a 6 hour deep clean for a house I was turning over for new rentors. The cleaning was terrible. Almost none of the floor surfaces were touched, and I had to hire another cleaner to finish the job. I called to complain about the cleaning, and the manager told me there was no guarantee for the results of cleaning. They ask for payment up front, so there was no way to get a refund. I highly recommend researching this company, the reviews on this page are manufactured, if you research them you will learn that they are really a bad company to work with.

I've never been a person that is big on cleaning services. I live alone in a one bedroom apartment and cleaning has never been too much of a hassle. Over the past couple of months work has become very hectic and I figured I should consider looking into a cleaning service. I wanted a cleaning service that I trust and consider to be reliable; as well as affordable. When I spoke to Tu angels I was immediately impressed by their professionalism. The quote they gave me was much more reasonable than other companies I'd contacted previously. They worked with me in scheduling my cleaning at a time that was convenient for me. On the day of the cleaning the staff arrived on time and followed all company procedures. They were thorough and cautions in their work. They cleaned everything from appliances to base boards. I also appreciated the respect the staff members showed towards my home. I hope this review was informative for anyone looking for a good cleaning service. They are an outstanding team and very knowledgable of their work.!
