I got my flowers here for my baby shower and they came out gorgeous..... it could not have been done better the service was great....very kind in bringing the tables and chairs and I loved the fact they picked up the stuff.... you get what you pay for...... THANKS!

They did my wedding flowers and they were absolutely PERFECT!! I brought pictures of general ideas that I wanted and the colors that I was looking for and Susan brought my vision to reality. Susan, was so patient each time I changed my mind and was always willing to meet with me in person whenever I needed. Not to mention, they were so reasonably priced. She took my subtle peacock theme vision and made it a beautiful reality. Every aspect, from the bouquets and ceremony flowers, to the 2 different style centerpieces, everything was perfect! Little Shop of Horrors! Lousy service is an understatement! The order form stated I would pick up at 10am, but I arrived around 11:30. I expected to walk in, get the flowers, and go. When I arrived they didn?t have the order ready. The owner told me not to worry; she would prepare the flowers right away and deliver them to my home. She also said ?don?t worry I give you money back.? The delivery arrived an hour after they were promised, the flowers were the wrong color and they forgot the rose petals. An hour later, the delivery person (who I later found out was the owner?s husband) brought me a dozen of roses from the local supermarket. I had to prepare my own tray of petals. On Monday, I called to inquire about the refund I was promised. They seemed annoyed to hear from me, and told me she said ?I give you money back? not ?I give you all you money back? and offered me a $50.00 refund. I told her what she could do with the refund, thanked her, and slammed down the phone.

A Little Shop of Flowers - all over the FTD site pricing for arrangement was at $39.98 and FREE DELIVERY, over and over, screen after screen. Until the very last screen . . . then a $9.99 "SERVICE CHARGE." On this order, that's an additional 25. Had the price been $49.97 out of the box I'd still have purchased - I just wouldn't be writing a negative review now. I recognize I could have stopped the transaction, which I didn't - but I likely won't return to this business or an FTD site.
