I've been going here for my gaming needs for years and the staff has always been cool and friendly, even when they took over for EB and I was buying games as a middle schooler. My most recent transaction was no different in terms of help, I called ahead asking about PS3s and was pleasantly surprised by not only the selection available but with the details the employee gave me on each one. When I picked up my console and my game, the woman behind the counter was kind and really knew her stuff! Though I do like my fair share of hobby stores and game shops for the old stuff, our local gamestop has not disappointed me when it comes down to finding the newer stuff I want, when I want it.

I recently visited this store with my boyfriend because I wanted to buy some games for myself and for the two of us. I was happy with the kind of choices provided and found what I was looking for pretty easily. I did run into a snag when I reached the front counter. Being a girl visiting a gaming store I knew there would be some fun poking. What I did not respect was to have the gentleman helping me be sarcastic to the point of being rude and for him to complain the entire time as he got the games for the cases. In all honesty I really didn't even want to finish the purchase at that point the only reason I did so is that my boyfriend had mentioned earlier that he wanted to return some games anyway. Not only do I never want to go back there again for games I want I don't even think I will go back to purchase things for my boyfriend and he is an avid gamer. I hope that this review hopefully draws attention to the fact that despite not being the stereotypical customer I was still a paying customer and deserve some ounce of respect.

Went to go pay off my copy of black ops 2 and that lost my original payment so now this game is costing me more than the special adition.and that won't even try to find out what happened.

called them to ask about there 360's. if they had any in cause I wanted one, but the employee was either too busy or lazy to look it up. had to drive there just to check.
