Nipper Guarantee Appliances

We have used Nipper for years. We have had great service. Plus we have bought used appliances from Nipper. They have always honored the warranty. Nipper also gives a military discount.

They sent out a repair person while my refrigerator was under warranty. He had to order a part. After not hearing back for a while, I called to check. They denied sending the guy or ordering the part, and since the warranty had just expired before I called back they refused to cover it.



I hope people pass the word to never buy from these crooks. There are plenty of good places in Longview. One right around the corner for this place.
