        Overall

        Love CPU, love the guys that work there, Jordan and Chris and Keene are always willing to go above and beyond to help me. They are not just a parts store but also a repair store and they have fixed many of my computers.

        Money hungry

        Wont sale parts unless they can charge you to put them. I will spend my money elsewhere. FCI computer solutions on 80 has never let me down, price is better too.

        If we only sold merchandise to individuals whom only allowed us to install the part for them I think we would not have been in business for as long as we have. We are a retail store, we have thousands of people coming to buy parts without us installing them. Yes, it is true that we do charge labor for services if so requested.

        RIP OFG

        Went to buy used lap top screen, sales/ tech person said i had to have THEM remove screen (@ $55.00) to see which one was needed, i removed screen myself and took it there, they had a replacement but said they cant sale to me, they have to install it. REALLY? I can buy new online and replace myself but they wont sale one unless they can charge it put it in.

        I'm not sure how this person came to the conclusion that we would have to install the screen for them in order for us to order the part. We order non-stock (special order) items on almost an everyday basis for our customers and we have NEVER had a policy that we must install the part in order for a customer to purchase it.
