I had a pre-owned home inspection and the owners were very friendly and experienced. They were very knowledgeable and also had building and realtor experience. They took their time and were very detailed when going over the inspection report. They explained any problem that exsisted and discussed if the problem was grandfathered or needed to be corrected.



I was actually able to take their report and get the priced decreased on my home due to issues that were brought to my attention.



They emailed my report along with pictures, maintenance advise, code information and detailed any issues they felt could be a safety concern.



I would definitely reccommend C-All Home Inspections and felt they did a super job.
