Liquid Capital of Colorado

I was introduced to CLC at an event sponsored by one of the local (Colorado) small business support groups. They were on a panel discussion with commercial bankers, micro-lenders and NGO promtoing financing options. I was quoted rates of between 1-3% to collect and pay my company for my accounts receivables - comparable to rates charged by credit card merchant accounts. By the time the dust finally settled on the application process - CLC rates were much larger than promised. They had filed a UCC filing on my business and refused to release that lien unitl I paid them "bounty" to "cover their costs".



Avoid these guys at all costs - they are not what they seem.
