Quest Diagnostics

The Tecs all seemed to know their profession well and were nice people, Quest Diag as a business does everything they can to take any human interacting out of the equation, while I was there a very elderly disabled lady brought in by her kids had to go to the bathroom and since there is no receptionist only a computer screen for you to check in with, the care providers (after calling out to the people in the back and getting no human response) were able to get a door open and lead her to the bathroom before she had an accident all over herself.
Let's not blame the Tecs at the place, they seem to be hard working people, bring the horrific environment back to the Quest CEO!
