        Overall

        Dr. Ives and her office manager, Laura, are so professional and nice. Whenever I see Dr. Ives, she always listens with a lot of compassion and caring. I am very happy with the care and professionalism I receive when I see Dr. Ives at the Hearing and Balance Institute of the Rockies.
