        Overall

        We stopped at this Sonic tonight. They delivered our food and the tater tots were cold, I handed them back to the car hop so he could bring us fresh ones. We had almost finished our other food and still no tots, so we called to the car hop that had brought our food out 20 min. earlier, he said he was sorry and went to get our tots. he returned 10 min later, by then our other food was gone and we were sitting there waiting for our tots. When he did bring them out they were like rubber and wasn't much warmer than the first ones. We were not happy with their service or food!

        Poor service

        I used to come here with my family all the time but things have been so slow for awhile under the poor management I think. It took 45 minutes to get 3 shakes and therein wasn't that busy but the workers were outside smoking with only one person inside. And from what the carhop told me, that was his manager. I think there should be new management.
