Ordered $368 part on 7/22

On 7/28 still do not have the part, call they say they never got the money. Emailed bank statements showing the debit from my account to this company and they still refuse to release the part. Ask for a refund and not only get told no but they were rude! On 7/29 I filed a dispute with my bank and am being told it will take up to 10 days to get a response and still may not get my money back! If I could give less than 1 star I would this company stole my money I do NOT recommend this company.
