Jay's Auto Sound Systems

I've never written a review, but I have to admit that I do rely on other's reviews when I'm shopping online. So I'd like to share my experience at Jay's Auto Sound in the hope that it might help others make an informed choice. My old Saturn's radio suddenly went out about a month ago. The dealership wanted $650 plus labor for a new one and I was afraid that Best Buy or Al and Ed's might just want to throw in a new one too. I am so pleased that I went to Jay's. He explained his policies and agreed to take a look for free. Cabin fuse - good, Engine fuse - good, Power to the radio - good. I was expecting the worse and went inside to check out his stock. When I came out the radio was blaring. I wonder if the other big retailers would have had the honesty and intregrity to try to reset the radio's memory before thinking about the commission on a new installation. I'm proud that I was able to support a Lomita business and very happy I went to Jay first.
