J R's Garage Doors

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Worst customer service possible!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, Never even started the install. This company was supposed to install garage doors on my home on Nov. 1 at 12pm, I took off of work to be available. At 2:30 we had to call them for an update, all we were told was he was still coming, 4:15 came and we had to call again. We were told they were not able to locate the installer and would call back when they could. 5:15 and the installer showed up, did not introduce himself and had his girlfriend with him. I asked if he was still going to do the job tonight and he said "I don't have a choice." About 30 min later he TOLD me that he will have to install on Saturday, he can't finish today. I explained that I could not do that on Saturday, he told me "thats not my problem, it will have to be Saturday." He packed up his stuff and left with his girlfriend. I spoke to the owner on Thursday and she told me that I should make myself available on Saturday if I wanted this done. When I told her that this was all on her company not doing what they were supposed to do, she hung up the phone on me.
