Great service, been with them for 13 months now and deal with Brandon or Jen on paying my moms and my storage bill or any question I have. they answer the phone even after hours I give them 5 stars for great managers even for not having a onsite office they can 100% take care of all my needs. and even make me smile after the call. and Thanks Jen for always remembering to ask how my mom is doing that means a lot. I have stored many places and never had management treat me so good like they do they always say we are all family and treat us like it to. Thanks guys

If I told my best friend I would tell them to NEVER EVER go to this company for services, unless they want to be ripped off or shall I say their money stolen out of their account every month when they have already removed their property from the storage unit.

We rented a storage unit from around the first of August 2012 and took all of our belongings out August 31st, 2012. We emailed the company just like the guy told us to do and informed them that we no longer needed their services, and they still took the whole month of Septembers rent out of our checking account. My husband contacted the company and the guy he talked to said he would reimburse us half of the money for Septembers rent...we are still waiting for that reimbursment and it is now October 6th, 2012, I go to check my account balance today and low and behold and we were charged for the month of October and we do not nor have we had our property in their storage unit since August 31st. We cleaned it and yes we put it in writing through an email just as the guy my husband had talked to told him to do. I am very unsatisfied with this company. Just as it seems other people are too. We left them a message cause they NEVER answer the phone and when you do leave them a message they will very rarely EVER call you back. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS COMPANY FOR A STORAGE UNIT. And by the way to the person who commented back on the other negative report yes all these accusations are true and if you are going to be a part of a business learn how to spell it is "writing" not "wrighting"

I was charged for two months rent without being in the unit. I was told that to vacate the unit, I had simply to take off my lock and clean it out before the beginning of the next month. They have a guy that checks the units, and charges another month on the units with locks. I did this but continued to be charged. When I called to straighten the problem out, they wouldn't return my calls, and when I finally got ahold of them, the man I spoke to refused to refund my money. Don't take a chance with this company.

The Stock N' Lock units in Logan are much better than the units I've used before. The lot is clean, safe, dry and the units haven't had a lot of the regular problems other units have had. I am very impressed with them.
