Nancy's Floral & Gifts

A very close friend of mine lost his mother last week. I ordered the arrangement 4 days in advance. Not only were they not available at the funeral viewing both evening and the next morning...they were delivered as everyone left for the church. So truthfully, Nancy's Floral did NOT deliver what was promised or expected. And what was delivered was an extremely cheap (small) corn plant. (for $45) Really? I was offered an "instore refund" I live nowhere near Lodi. I am extremely dissappointed. When ordering over the phone one really has to trust the florist to do a good job. Unfortunately- I was treated very poorly. Shame on you.

I am extremely disappointed in the product and service from Nancy's Floral in Lodi. My friend ordered a plant to be delivered to the visitation of my mother in law. I had to ask the funeral director to check on it because I knew it was supposed to be there and he called Nancy's. Finally, a scrawny corn plant was delivered to the church after the visitation, service and meal were over. There was no attempt to satisfy her customer. Beware...stay away from this place!!!!
