Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented a car from Lodi enterprise while I had my car being repaired. Everything was fine until I returned the car. The employee Oscar was blaming me for a small crack on the bumper on the lower part of the passenger side. I told him that I didn’t do it and that was already there. He called the manager Mo. Well the manager wasn’t even paying attention to what I was saying and even accused me of putting a screw on the bumper. Turns out there was a screw on the other side too. That’s how the car was made. But they’re still blaming me for the crack. First time I have a problem with enterprise. Terrible service. Never going back there. Unqualified employees Mo and Oscar. I don’t recommend. I give 0 stars
