Lodi Sporting Goods

I recently had some embroidery work done by this company and after a painful process of explaining what I wanted done, I was overcharged and frusterated. When I went back to pick up my order they recognized me and told me that my order was ready but I could not have it unless I brought my order receipt. They knew who I was when I walked through the door but would not give me my (paid for) order. I was not impressed with the customer service from the get go and this just completed my impression. I will not go back to this store.
