Wow! I was completely blown away by the customer service here, from the time I called to ask questions until I walked out the door. I got the best price, and service getting a set of tires on my car. The manager made me a customer for life, I would recommend anyone to go to pepboys, you won't be sorry! Coming here first will save you time and money!

After a long day of waiting for a tow truck, I was dropped off at the store with a flat tire and no spare tire. All I needed was a tire plug, which takes about ten minutes to put in. I was rudely told they have no time, and I would have to wait about five hours to even get in. They treated me like I was insane for asking. This was ironic because there were two employees standing around and two cars in the parking lot. They would not even come out and look at the tire. I understand appointments, but give me a break it wasn't my first choice to be stranded at pep boys, and there were barely any people there, so the rudeness and look of insanity was not necessary. The only reason I had to put up with it was because I could not drive my car anywhere. Luckily, a pep boys customer was helpful and said there was a place across the street that could help. The place across the street said if I bring them the tire, they would fix it for me. So I took the tire off, walked across transit road, and in ten minutes the tire was fixed......... I would never take my business here.
