AT&T Store

After phoning the store phone # 6 times... Someone finally answered the phone... Mike. the Salesman that added more than $100 to my contract without my knowledge. I requested to speak with the store manager ,Matt Schultz, who is confrontational & unprofessional. I Have been with AT&T for 15 years & long for the courteous days when you were treated kindly & not like a "stooge " entering a used car lot.

Matthew Schultz is the store manager & should be fired. Does not listen to customers when they come in, over talks them, favors his buddies that come in. He will not listen to you when you come in. He should be fired & is the reason why we will be looking at a different cell provider after multiple years of being a loyal customer.
