I contacted Daniel, the owner and asked if he could design and install our septic and he said yes, he would get the permit and start work on Friday. Friday came and went and we didn't hear from him, I called his office for a week, finally Joy, the secretary answered and told me he was very busy and would start it the following week. I asked if he got the permit and he said he did. Well the following week came and went and nothing. I wasted 1 month calling, e-mailing, and leaving messages with no response, I tried to give him time. But after a month I called the city and he never got the permit so I decided to go with another company. Do not recommend.
