While I loved going to Dr. Kloot, he has retired as of July 31, 2020 :( His office is now closed. I hope he is enjoying his retirement :)

Dr. Kloote has been my dentist for many years. His office is far from fancy but he is kind and compassionate and does great work. His prices are outstanding...ergo no fancy new equipment but he does great work and his prices are affordable. His staff is wonderful and so is he!

Overall

I gave Dr clude 1 star for the simple reason I lost 2 teeth due to his negligence let me go on to explain approximately 3 years ago I went in for a tooth that needed to be filled I was referred to him by a friend who said his prices were out of this world I have no dental insurance at this time I went into have them check out and fill a tooth he seemed to be okay thought he did a good job price was very reasonable unfortunately about two days later I developed some pain n same tooth I contacted his office his receptionist said he was going on vacation the next day I won't be back for approximately a week so I made an appointment unfortunately the pain got unbearable within a couple more days so I ended up going to an emergency dentist on the weekend which cost me $200 the tooth had to be pulled to do a root canal keep in mind this was just supposed to be a simple filling that turned into an abscess and bad pain within three to four days after seeing him I did call the office when he returned to it and express my displeasure with DRkloote his office manager said they would credit me for my first visit and we're very sorry so that was the end of that problem was I went back to see him about a year later to get another tooth filled guess what same problem he fill the tooth within a couple of days that filling fell out went back four more times to get it's filled again and again when I asked him why he couldn't give me any reason then he said he was going to fill it with silver honestly that did last but unfortunately for me the day he fixed it or I thought every time I drink something cold or hot I could feel pain so I finally call his office express my concerns again and all his receptionist said was I should give it some time and start using Sensodyne toothpaste that went on for a couple of months with no improvement then last week about a year or so I developed a bad toothache when I went in to see him he said he didn't see anything wrong and just said to wait it out and gave me some pain meds what a joke I tried but unfortunately I went back into his office about 4 days later because of the pain he said he had two options either pull tooth or could do root canal and I asked him listen to that bad he said yes again I didn't have that money to have a root canal so he pulled tooth I was shocked after I examined a tooth after it was told to find out it was a healthy tooth the problem was when he filled it one of the many times he didn't see he filled over a cavity which developed into a major problem all he had to do was remove the filling drill out the cavity not very big honestly and replace with new filling this is two teeth I've lost due to his incompetent if you value your teeth do not I repeat do not to go to this dentist I'm really not sure what his problem is maybe he's just going blind I know he's not a member of any Dental Association when I checked

Overall
Perfect for the uninsured

My friend suggested Dr. Kloote to me because I don't have insurance. He is a very nice doctor and his staff is great. The best part are his prices.. VERY very reasonable. Don't come here though if you want a large, fancy office. You won't get it. But if you want thorough, personal care, then this is your place!

Wonderful Dentist

Dr. Kloote has been my dentist for several years. He runs a very efficient office. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seated for my appointment. Dr. Kloote is very professional and compassionate. I had a terrible fear of going to the dentist prior to seeing Dr. Kloote. Dr. Kloote is a painless dentist. He keeps his prices low so people without dental insurance can still afford to have work done. I highly recommend Dr. Kloote for all families. He is wonderful with children and adults. His staff is wonderful also.
