I would recommend them to anyone and use them again. I had them replace outlet in bathroom with GFCI and rewire outlet to washing machine to bring it up to code. They are very professional, friendly, trustworthy and do excellent work. Also give you a good price for the work they do.

They helped me troubleshoot the problem over the phone, instead of just coming out and charging me a service call right off the bat. I can understand why they have such high ratings. I will call them again.

Hank installed some outdoor light fixtures for us in freezing cold weather and fixed an outlet in our bathroom that was not working. Two months later our kitchen light fixture, which is on a dimmer switch, started flashing constantly when turned on. I called Hank and he asked if I had energy efficient (curly) bulbs in the light fixture. I said yes, I did. He said to replace the bulbs with the old incandescent type, which I did, and the flashing stopped! For some reason you should not put the curly bulbs in a fixture with a dimmer switch! Hank did not charge me for this advice and that is the kind of person he is: honest, kind and trustworthy. I highly recommend Hanlin Electric and will definitely call them again! Debbie D.

While they actually did not do work for us, they were extremely helpful in troubleshooting the problem of intermittent outages and steered us to the electric utility company. Said they did not wish to charge us for work when it seemed clear the problem was the utility company responsibility. They were right and the problem was handled!

Company returned my call even though I was not in their normal service area. Linda took the time to ask a series of troubleshooting questions which led me to the problem and I was later able to solve it myself. Very thankful and will recommend the company to others.

I can't say enough about Hanlin Electric! Linda was extremely professional, helpful, and nice. And Hank, also very nice, came out the very next day, figured out the problem (I had lost power to just part of my house), and had it fixed quickly. And pricing is VERY reasonable!! I won't hesitate to recommend Hanlin Electric to anyone that needs electric work done! Thanks Hanlin Electric!! You're the best and a pleasure to do business with!!

I received excellent service on 2-14-2014 at 38653 Stacey Ct., Livonia, MI 48154. Linda was very polite on the phone and detailed regarding the information needed. We had part of our house with no electricity. Hank is a very nice guy, and my kids (Patrick – 4 and Vincent – 2) really loved him. Hank was able to come to my house the same day I called. Thank you Linda your help was greatly appreciated. I was stumped with a problem and called up Hanlin about it. I told Linda my issue and she walked me through the problem which I was able to fix on my own. I was greatly surprised and happy because I beleive a lot of other electricians would have came out to get the service call and do the reapir that I could do. She spent 20 minutes on the phone with me make sure I was able to resolve my issue. I would defintely use them for any future issues and reccomend them to anybody knowing that I would get quality, and affordibility along with great service. Thank you so much once again

Excellent service from a very nice, local electrician! Hank came in, checked our fixture, realized it was an "operator error", fixed the problem and graciously departed all in less than 5 mins. And, no charge! Not even a service call charge! Wonderful phone service every time I called, also. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Hanlin Electric was so helpful and great to work with. They listened to all the "symptoms" of our problem and were able to investigate, troubleshoot and identify the problem when another electrician could not. They are honest and hardworking people who really care. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. Thank you Hank and Linda!!
