Center Mass

This place is outstanding! Bright ranges with nice wide booths. Ranges are very clean (no lead dust like the place on Schoolcraft) Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. This place has it all and good prices.

Encountered Center Mass in mid-June shortly after they opened. I had been looking at gun stores in the area to purchase a handgun. This was the first store that I walked into in metro Detroit that they actually approached me when I walked in and were very friendly. Other stores that I went into would talk to me through my husband about what do you think the lady would like. ...I had been researching for several months and knew what I wanted. They even price matched a competitor to have my business and offered free range time. When the gun came in they went through the mechanics and operation with me...when I was doing rentals at other locations the never did this and looked at me funny when I asked. Not all guns function the exact same way.



They have a regular range and also an interactive one similar to what you would see on the TV show Top Shot.



They have customer service down pat and would go there before anywhere else when looking to make any gun related purchases.

Informative, helpful, knowledgeable and not at all condescending is how I would describe my impression of Center Mass. I took my step-daughter there for her first handgun and was pleased (unlike with other stores I went to) with the store, it's range, selection and employees. She and I will be regulars.
