Don't waste your time at this location. I needed a part for a wheelchair, Adam Macina ordered it for me. After 3 days of waiting I had wrong parts that were not even close to what I needed. I went to Ellen Marvak this time, which she got me the correct parts, but I needed more parts. She told me I needed to give her the serial number for the wheelchair. I told her I will call her and give her that number. I called five times in two days during normal hours, but no one answered. I went to their store and waited for 22 minutes for Ellen to get done with the customer she was with just to give her the paper that she had the serial number on it. She saw me. After she was done with the customer she ignored me and when I walked up to her at the front desk she said I am busy, leave it on my desk.
I will never return here and I hope you learn from my experience also.

When I took the prescription for my father's wheelchair to their store, they had me wait over an hour to see someone. Then I had to sit for several hours while he clumsily typed stuff into the computer while constantly having to ask for his coworker's help. It's been over a month since then and they still do not have my father's wheelchair. They keep saying they need more information from the Doctor, but they have been using that excuse for over a month. Since they are in this business, they should know what information to ask the Doctor to provide the 1st time and to closely work with the Doctor to ensure they receive the information in a timely fashion. Instead, they spent the month sitting on their hands and doing nothing. I'm wondering if the wheelchair will be ready in time for when I need a wheelchair. I think I could have fabricated a wheelchair in my garage in less time than this.

We had read reviews that weren't complimentary, but we were more than impressed by the excellent service we received from Jennifer, the supplies available, and the quickness with which we were helped. Extremely slow service. I was there almost an hour before being told the item was not in stock. I had called earlier and was told it was no problem. Waste of time. Employees don't seem to care if you are inconvenienced.

Would come back any time. But the store could definitely use more staff so us customers don't have to wait so long!
