        Overall
        very difficult

        This company's policy and procedures do not follow legal guidlelines, so i found out. They drained my pool onto my neighbors property and were very rude when my neighbor confronted them. They did the same the next day which has caused me nothing but grief. After which, i found out that they should have drained by law to a sewer drain and not onto anothers property or into the storm drains. As experienced proffesionals, i am sure that they should know better.
