        Overall
        Front office run by teenagers

        I called them to find out why the fax machine doesn't work. I was told by a gum-chewing (and snapping the gum in my ear) teenager that "yeah somebody will work on it" click. Very unprofessional. Shopping there is great - dealing with ordering a cake or membership issues is a nightmare!
