Ooo La La Nails & Spa in Highlands Ranch is a WONDERFUL place for mani/pedi! My manicurist "Tri" is an excellent & creative craftsman. The owner Amy is very personable, and she maintains an absolutely spotless nail salon. Try Ooo La La Nails...you'll like it!!

Very good service every time I go there and I've been going there for years. Family and friends also go and are very pleased. I'm surprised at any negative comments. It is now under new management and I feel you should try it.

Worst gel manicure ever...its so horrible this place rakes in the money while giving horrible service. They rush thru everything so quick...never go and treat yourself here!

I got a manicure and pedicure and some older man did them. He hurried thru the pedicure as fast as he could. I asked him to make sure he sanded the bottoms of my feet good to remove dead skin - he sanded them briefly and I had dry peely skin on feet later in day. He rushed me thru the pedicure and over to the manicure table. That sucked also because he refused to put a top coat on - he said they do not do that with a clear polish. I will not go back to this place because of him. Some of the other technicians seemed to be doing good jobs. I was unlucky to get that guy!

I completely agree with everything reviewer Staci said below. Worst mani/pedi experience I have ever had and on top of that, they make you feel like an inconvenience for even being there. If it wouldn't have caused a scene, I would have walked out mid way through.

Decided to try some place closer to home, so went to Ooo La La Nails. DISAPPOINTMENT! I was in and under the dryer within 30 mins for a mani/pedi. Any place else, they work on your feet and hands for an hour, nice massage, cleaning up your feet, nails, etc. Not here, water was dirty and service poor. The guy was nice enough, but more interested in texting than doing nails. Would NOT recommend. I will drive a little further to get what I pay for. Don't waste your time or money. Would not give any stars, but I am forced to give at least one.
