I called and tried to get more information about photos for a listing! The owner was extermely rude!! He talked down to me the whole conversation and then at the end told me he wasn't the guy for me because he wanted more money!!! Do not use this company there are many, many photographers in Colorado that truly cherish business and do a much better job than this guy!!!!!

Its clear the market is looking up. Apparently this makes Mike, the owner feel a little superior. I scheduled to use Digital Magic to do my virtual tour for my home, I gave them my information, credit card, and worked very hard to prepare my home to show at its best. The evening prior as I sit at the ER with my child at 5 pm I get a message. I don't listen assuming it will have my time slot for Mike showing up. When I check it in the morning it says he needs to schedule the appointment, no problem I call to get on the books, no answer. I leave a message, then another one two hours later. Finally at 10:30 I get a call saying "well you didn't call back to schedule last night so we can't do it today" I didn't realize I was in the business of scheduling appointments for him. I assumed calling scheduling a day and paying would mean I had an appointment. Nope. Mike would like to have you schedule it again upon his beck and call when he randomly calls you the night before. God forbid your child be in the hospital or you can't answer your phone until business hours the next day. I highly discourage anyone from using this company. When I said to him I made the apt and paid when are you coming he said " I don't want to" hmm sounds like maybe he didn't like the tone in my voice from being incredibly inconvenienced. He, by the way is very testy himself. Not a good quality for a business owner. It's a good thing for him the market is up. He better save his pennies now because when it's not he's going to be hurting for work because some people will put up with crappy service, a bad attitude, and poor business practices. But when times get tough only the best in business remain. Magic Mike? NO magic here!!!!
