Customer service is great. i have send items both internationally and nationally both times they provided good service.

Pack-N-Mail Plus is one of the few places in town that have great customer service. They helped me get the best deal and saved me from spending way to much at the USPS. With that said I've sent multiple packages with in the last month and I have had no trouble, all my packages reached their destination on time and in perfect condition. I highly recommend going to them next time you have a package that needs to be shipped.
