Tender Touch Grooming

I went to get my dogs groomed and they took an extra hour and a half after the MUST PICK UP time, they did close late because of it.

While I was waiting they showed me one of the rescue dogs they keep. They couldn't find him a home because he was so big. We needed to wait a week to get him. During this time I communicated with the owner and received pictures. I fell in love with him. The day before we were supposed to pick him up she called and told me she thought I was someone else (even tough she knew my name and we met). She gave our new family memeber to someone in another state, this means he will be caged for another 2-3 weeks. They do not look out for the best interests for the animals. Very heartbroken, I don't trust people who do these kinds of things.

Took my daughters 11 month old to this place due to time restrictions. She has been scratching fleas very bad. Has to bath twice a week. I didn't understand if she was bathed & groomed why the dogs were all together? Never will use again.

We were not happy with our experience- our pup had sore ears and a fearful attitude for several days after her grooming. A star rating was necessary to make a comment.
