Riverwalk Apartments

I looked at Riverwalk roughly two weeks ago while intown interviewing for a new opportunity. Long story short, it was pouring raining and Shelby showed me around without any issues. After getting the cold shoulder from another complex in the area, I opted to lease her. I refer all of my new hires to live here and they love it as well. The customer service is superb!

I initially found out about Riverwalk from another complex in the area. The complex I visited had only 2 bedrooms versus 1 bedrooms. Everything was positive from the first encounter, fast forward 1.5 years later, I just renewed my lease. This is affordable, clean, and comfortable.

Excellent service, very attentive and friendly staff. I've been here 2.5 years now and its the best that its ever been with the new management. All maintenance requests in my apartment are usually taken care of in 24 hours or less. I opted to live in a updated apartment with nicer hardwood floors and other nice touches. Having lived in major cities in the proper zip code, this is a definite winner, not to mention you save money being that its not as expensive.

I was transferred to Little Rock and was referred to Riverwalk. I was not happy with the transfer, but after talking to the Leasing Consultant, she put me at ease and helped me find my apartment. She also was very knowledgeable about the area and has always been available to help me with questions I might have. The location is superb - I love the amenities and the walking/jogging trail that is nearby.

I moved here back in February. I can honestly say that I love my apartment. My apartment is on the top floor and my view is superb. My only complaint is that my neighbors don't always participate in the parties the office gives. Julie, Shelby and Jeremy are a nice group, better than the management.

I've been here for almost a year and love it! I am going to be renewing my lease next month. The office is awesome and will put packages in my apt. if I'm not home or has stayed late when I needed to print something. I like my neighbors and haven't had any issues so far!

Great staff at Riverwalk. Love my apartment! Love the location, close to the River and super dog friendly.

The management at this apartment complex is absolutely horrendous. I have been living in apartment complexes for the last 12 years and this one has by far been the worst. Here are a few examples of problems I have had:



-Office staff signed for a package and then lost it without offering any explanation except that they only signed for packages as a courtesy. I wouldn't consider that courteous.



-Management failed to trim trees overhanging the parking area and one fell on my truck casuing over $4,000 worth of damage. I received no compensation.



-I have lived in the apartment 5 months. Maintenance has been to fix the dryer and the A/C 3 times each. Neither works properly and management will not replace either. It takes 2 hours to dry a load of clothes and the temperatures will not get below 80 degrees during the summer



-Security is non-existant despite being tauted as a big seller. I have had to call police twice since I've lived there for violent disturbances.



There are other issues, but I just wanted to give a brief review. This should be enough to avoid the complex completely.
