We had a horrible experience. As soon as we walked in the door, I wanted to turn around and leave. Apparently, they booked several people for each appointment. The place was a madhouse. Still, I didn’t let it bother me. It was the weekend, and it was the last weekend of the promotion. After about 45 minutes, we were up. The photographer took shots of the three of us. After that, she says that she wants to get some individual shots of my son. Immediately I tell her that it wasn’t necessary, because we ONLY wanted a picture of the three of us. She gave me some lame excuse about how everyone gets the “full experience.” I let it go and allowed her to take more pictures. After this was done, she asked us to please wait for the next set of photos that would be taken in the next room. AGAIN, I stressed that we got what we came for, and we didn’t want more photos taken. AGAIN, she insisted that it was part of the experience and that we should go back into the waiting area. By now, I was pretty upset. I felt like she wasn’t listening to a word I said. I decided that we would speak to someone else while she was busy. I walk back up to the counter to speak to another girl. I tell her, “look, we’ve already taken pictures and we are done. There’s no need to take another set.” Then she starts going into some lame excuse about corporate policy, yada, yada, yada. I finally tell her that we are fixing to leave, because we got what we came for—a single shot of the three of us with a Christmas background. She tells me she can talk to her manager, and I say go for it, I’ll talk to her too. She goes for the manager. Who is it? The photographer. -_- The manager comes back up to the counter, where my husband tells her again—We have the pictures we want, and we don’t want to take anymore pictures. She finally responds, “fine” in a very rude tone and begins to help other people. We will not be going back.
