They are very disrespectful and treat people as if you were gum on the bottom of there shoes

they are completely incompetent my paper work has been lost several times and now my Medicaid has been turned off for no reason at all and I am disabled

They are slow i have been in there a couple of times..and the workers are always standing in the back talking, not process the paper work. They give you a deadline to turn in the annual reports but then they don't have your benefits on your card when they are suppose to be..that's not fair... i think they need to hire a new staff
