My wife and I went to Chenal Valley Day Spa to as an anniversary present to each other. The facility is nice and the quality of the massage itself wasn't bad. However, out of the 1.5 hrs I paid for, I probably only got about 1 hr.



Here's how it went. The massage was scheduled to start at 1 PM. She called me back to the room about 1:10. She then spends 5 minutes telling me what she's going to do and how to get on the table. Then, I was lucky enought to be alotted about 10 minutes to take my clothes off and get on the table. That was very thoughtful of her given that it takes me approximately 1 minute to disrobe and hop up there. After waiting (and waiting...and waiting....) on the table she comes in and starts the massage. All's going well until she stops and doesn't start again for about 5 minutes. Lord only knows what she was doing. She stops for 5 minute breaks about 3 other times. I could here her doing something but had no idea what.



I understand that she might have to stop to get more oil, etc... However, this does not take 5 minutes and certainly does not have to be done multiple times.



Then, my massage ends promptly at 2:35 as if we had started on time (1:00 PM) and everything had proceeded according to plan.



I really was not very satisfied.

I am new to Little Rock and was looking for a place where I could go and get a haircut and highlight. I went to Lindsey after being referred to her by a friend. She gave me a wonderful highlight and the perfect cut to compliment it! I will continue to use her and I can't wait to go back for other services in the future!

Just wanted to say that my experience at Chenal Valley Spa was awesome! The massage from shanna was just what the doctor ordered. I have a very stressful job and she relaxed me and worked on my shoulders until I felt like I could float out of the spa. I definitely will be back to enjoy Chenal Valley Day Spa again.

I had the pleasure to visit the Chenal Valley Day Spa & Salon recently and I was so impressed the the wonderful staff. I was greeted and made to feel at home quickly. Tina gave me a hair trim that turned out great and I have already scheduled a return visit for a hair cut. I am also looking forward to an appointment with Edie for my nails and with Yolandra for a facial very soon.

The spa and salon is at a qreat location, easy to find and good parking. I do not hesitate to give an exceptional rating.

Visiting here in town my first time in Little Rock on buisness. Used yellow pages to find some spa services staying at the Peabody Hotel which doesnt have a spa. Very suprised to to stumble up on Chenal Valley Day Spa and Salon through there website it was easy to navigate. Once arrived at the spa i still didnt know what quite to expect. This place is very nice, more than nice actually. It suprised me that I got so lucky! I've been flying all week, and I was well taken care of. My skin was dehydrated from flying and Yolandra transformed my skin with the use of marine spring water off the Brittany Coast of France, just as she said she would "resusitate" my skin from all that flying, well she certainly did. I felt bold enough to let the hairstylist transformed my blond tresses to a brunette just in time for fall. I was very comfortable with everyone I had a appointment with and I trusted they're knowledge, and expertise. Now I have a place to come on my nexy buisness trip in Little Rock.

very impressed. soon as i walked in the door i felt i was at a swanky upscale hotel lobby as the receptionist checked me in. I love the fact that they use natural lighting in the waiting area. the place was immaculate. i knew i was at the right place to recieve my full day at this particular spa. the nail therapist are very detailed oriente. theres a young lady by the name of Edie who does beautiful airbrushing nail art, massage therapist had the perfect touch i like the fact they mixed hot stones, with deep tissue. my facial was with Yolandra from Canyon Ranch at the Venitian in Las Vegas. I ended my spa package with her. i must say she has her craft down pack to a science. within that hour with Yolandra i've never received so much variety of treatments. her facial massage is the Best! when all my treatments came to a close, i walked away feeling like i just left the Canyon Ranch at the Venitian Resort in Las Vegas,

i had lost my husband and my family purchase me a spa gift card for Chenal Valley Day Spa and Salon.This is the first time i left my house in a month. This "oasis" has healed my Life. To the warm smile of the receptionist Savannah, to the healing touch of Yolandra, to the rest of the therapist. I feel Life is worth living. True therapist indeed. Thank you.

a group of me and my girlfriends and I wanted to do something different so we booked a "spa party". I have to say Chenal Valley Day Spa and Salon accomodated, and was very organized for the size of our group. I especially love the fact that it is all inclusive {food, services, etc}. What got my attention, and the rest of my girls is the many themes. Diamonds are a Girl Bestfriend theme, First Wives Club, Paradise Island theme, .. Chenal Valley Day Spa and Salon went all out for us. I would highly recommend a "Spa Party" here at Chenal. We left with great memories. Some of the girls are planning our next one.

soon as i walked in the spa setting is very comfortable for the male client. i was serviced with on surpassed customer service, the staff was very warm, & knowledgeable. this is my 3rd visit, and i'm looking forward to my Champion Facial with Yolandra, Champion Massage with Brooke, and Delux Pedicare with Edie.

I went to chenal valley salon and day spa today for a maasage and it was one of the best massages I ever had. I had massages at other places and enjoyed them too, but those places did not have the professional look compared to chenal valley. The place is very clean with nice friendly staff. I received a massage from Brooke and she was excellent. The staff and salon/day spa had a nice professional appearance. The massage was a nice blend of being delicate and with pressure applied to parts of my body that needed it. You can tell that the stuff puts alot into what they are doing and I may try other sevices that they provide down the road. The place is very easy to get to and easy to get in and out of. Savannah who works at the front desk suggested this place to me from when I met her at her previous place of employment. I will definitely go to this place again for a massage.

This New Spa has been a breath of fresh air for me as a spa goer. I've been to spas all over the country and it seems as though Chenal Valley Day Spa and Salon has taken the best nail techs, massage therapists, aestheticians and hair/ color techs from some of the most promenant businesses of Little Rock as well as the country and put them all into this very personal professional and creative space and it;s right in the heart of Chenal Valley. I didn't feel like a number but more like a red carpet VIP!!! Thank you!!!

This is by far the best spa in Little Rock, Ar. My experience here was wonderful. The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is very experienced, and the services I received were top--notch. I highly recommend this spa to anyone who loves to be pampered!!1

I had the opportunity to visit CVDS&S this past weekend and was overjoyed at my experience there. I highly recommend the facials by Yolandra, cut/color from Donna and pedicure by Edie.
