I am appalled and highly disappointed in the way

cleo's does business and treats customers. Just s few days ago I purchased a sofa and loveseat. by mistake the clerk misunderstood and delivered 2 loveseats. they refused to take it back and replace the loveseat. I can tell you I would not recommend this store to anyone and I am call the better business agency as soon as possible. The extra loveseat was still in the box and wrapped so it had not been used. Zero is what I would rate a store that would do this to its customers.

Recently I purchase furniture from Cleo's I filled out a credit application with the company with my girlfriend. I was supposed to be the primary and her cosigner. I thought every thing was fine until I received the bill. The bill had my girlfriend as primary and me as cosigner. So I called the company and tried to get some information on the situation. Several times I called Cleo’s and was told someone would call me back, but no one ever did. I went to the store and spoke to the sales person that sold me the furniture and explained the situation. I explained what happen and that I had already spoken to the financial company and that it is wrong and they said that there was nothing that can be done about it. The sales person got very upset started screaming at me and said that she changed the application. I asked for a copy of the application but they said that they sent them off to corporate. But when she called me at my home later in the day she said that the corporate office was on 65th street. She implied that I could not pay for the furniture and that is why I am making a complaint. The total was one thousand dollars and payment of fifty dollars a month. I have never seen such deception by any one in my life. She kept calling changing the details on the account tried to over her mistakes saying that she was going to get fired if it got out. I have no problem with paying for everything I have. I just want it to be the correct information on the account. The reason I went up there in the first was to try and settle things with the financial company, but I found out that she was the one that made the mistake. The only thing I wish if they would have owned up to the mistake and taking care of it. Not to be screamed at and lied to. I would not recommend anyone to shop there.
