        Overall

        I had an appointment today at 8:00 AM with Dr. Melnyk as new patient had all paper ready with me and paid my co pay . I asked Julie the front desk around 8:30 as how long I should wait been waiting for 30 min.

        Ms said they only have a 1 nurse .

        waiting another 12-15 minutes and went back and let know I wanted to speak to the manager , and she was there with her coffee cup and paper in her hand and said she was sorry they are short staff , so my question is what is she doing to avoid that. I asked for my co pay back and I will never go there nor refer anybody , you should not wait over 45 min for a nurse to check your weight, blood pressure and manager not capable in stepping in when short staffed… just getting paid for nothing .. SHAME
