First impression is good. And then all down hill from there. The customer service is horrifying. The employees will actually argue with their clients! The doctor wrote a completely wrong prescription for me. And after days of trying to contact them to get it fixed they finally did. And later I got a letter reprimanding me for my behavior on the phone. I of course was irritated with them as they screwed up and proceeded to ignore my calls. I did not swear or scream. I let them know I was very unhappy with their service though. And they proceeded to argue with me some more. I have never had such horrible customer service in my life. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
