Gochenauer Kennels

Superceded my expectations and budget friendly. We have taken both our dogs and cat to this facility and they have always been more than happy to return. They come home healthy, happy, and the staff always is able to give us a full report on their stay! I always feel completely confident my pets are in the best hands while I am away.

We have been taking our dogs and cats there for the last 10 years or so. I have only had 1 incident that the dog caught kennel cough and it was partly our fault for not having her bordatella shot when we should have. Our dog likes going there. I would recommend this kennel to anyone.

We took our dog for boarding in late August. The service was friendly and the kennel appeared to be very clean. Unfortunately, our dog contracted kennel cough and had to be put on antibiotics. We found out from our vet that this kennel has been the cause of dozens of cases of kennel cough throughout the summer. Gochenauer's did not inform us of the full extent of their situation which was extremely irresponsible!! I think that Gochenauer's is a great kennel when the facility is clean, but because of my experience with them I will never take my dog back there.
