Cambridge Heights Apartments

Within a month of me moving in, I had roaches. I moved from an old apartment building that I'd stayed in for two years with no problems other than spiders to having roaches within a couple of weeks of moving in.
I am a clean person, dishes washed everyday floors swept and mopped or vacuumed at least twice a week, I've even been called slightly OCD. So, it is disheartening to move into such a nice looking home and have critters. I had a roach fall into my bed while I was in it!! I have been here a 1 1/2 months and am ready to move. I love my apartment, although the kitchen, bathrooms, and master closet could be a little bigger, but I can NOT do roaches. And the icing on the cake is maintenance.
When I moved in there was at least one other maintenance person. I don't know what happened to him but I have had to put in 4 work orders and each time it takes weeks for them to complete it. My bathroom sink, toilet, and now come to find out my dishwasher is leaking, in addition to he keeps having to put fr ion in my AC which takes him days to do.
On top of that, when I moved in my neighbor told my cousin, as he was moving me in, that her apartment had been broken into two times. I don't know if it is true or the type of life that she or whoever she is involved with, is in but, that's what was said.
The only good thing is the renovated apartments, community amenities, and staff, especially the manager, but for me, it's not enough. I am ready to move and DO NOT recommend moving here unless you don't mind "pets" and being suck in the summer with no AC.

Management is horrible, roaches in the apartments...management slow to respond to maintenance calls. Poor paint job, cheap appliances in renovated apartments.

This is one of the worse and unmanageable company's ever. Basically they got me out of my application fee. I went in looking for a downstairs apartment and I gave a date I need to be in. The receptionist Simone told me no problem I gave my security deposit and apartment number. when the day come they haven't even process my section 8 paper work yet on top I was reassign to another unit which was on top. everything they promise me was not what it was and this is after they took my deposit. I'm now in the process of going else where and went up there and demand my deposit back. I would never do business with such horrible unorganized company again. on top of the manage Peair has no clue on what he doing on managing. please watch out don't waste your time and money.

the worst place ever the leasing agent is a sweetheart but the manager is something that i would like to give a nice fat word on his forehead but cant say it or they will erase my review. but he is fake he smiles in your face until you sign the lease. i was away for vacation when my hous was broken into and he didnt do nothing with fixing my apartment window until i got back. they could have ran up in my house millions of times but he didnt care. i want to move now but he wont let me even though i dont feel safe. when ny lease is up im running very far worst community ever even with cops living inside

Terrible!!! I moved out my home with 5 children out of state because I was promised a apartment here. Was given my move in date all paperwork in and after driving 14 hours to this place I was told by mgmnt Andy that he thinks his supervisor might want a 3rd employment form. End result he left me and my family homeless in a state where we know no one stay far away from this place they take all your personal information and will leave u stranded based on a thought n empty promises. I as anyone would believe all is good if you are giving me two move in dates deposit amounts and state my paperwork is good and accepted. DON'T fall for it and risk you and your family's safety.
