        We were referred to Roy and his team by our realtor. They were excellent. Being a first time home buyer, I was unsure of the process. Roy and his team were very thorough with their inspection and explained anything if we needed it. They made us feel comfortable, as if we have known them for a long time. As we were leaving the house we knew we made the best decision for us on having them inspect the home! Would recommend to anyone looking for a house inspector!
