Village Laundromat

Their quarter machine(for getting coin changes) was malfunctioning for a long time. We realized that they give 1 less quarter for every 10 dollar bill we put in. We told the employees about that. She said she knew about that for a long time and is willing to give us our money back. The problem I have with them is that they knew about the problem, but did not bother to fix it or warn the customers about it. The most important thing for any business to have is honesty. We were so disappointed that thse people are being dishonest. We have been going to this place for almost 10 years now. And every week, we spend about 30-40$ on laundry there. I can't imagine how much money they have cheated us during that range of time.
