        Had a 9:00 am appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation.

        It's 9:30 and my car has not even been taken into the bays yet.

        30 minute oil change with an appointment... what a joke!

        On 8/24/16 at 7:40pm I called both parts and service. Parts never answered, service simply put me on hold and never came back. These people need to get their act together.
