Horrible Service! Today I experienced what I would consider the worst carwash from this establishment. I purchased the "Ritz" which retails for $29.99 which is the 2nd best carwash they offer. This "wash" was horrendous! The entire roof of my car - filthy...not spots of dirt...filthy as in untouched with soap/water/brush. The entire roof of my car suffered the same affliction. After payment I went back in and spoke to the nice woman behind the counter, she agreed that it was wrong and offered my next carwash for "free". After going back outside one of the employees proceeds to inform me that my car is dirt because it requires a detailing. This statement was and is untrue, my car is a 2014 ford with 8,000 miles on it and I purchased the Xlenolylol treatment from Ford. Dirt doesn't even stick to this car, cleaning it is 100% effortless. So at this point I explain the circumstances, the owner is nowhere to be found and as I'm going back and forth with the employee, other patrons are expressing their unsatisfactory results as well. I returned the "free" car wash and asked for a full refund which was provided. The door jams - filthy Wheels and rims - spotty at BEST Lower quarter panels spotty at BEST The interior - UNTOUCHED and filthy.. Stay away from this place!

I had my new Jetta washed there today. I had some loose change that was thrown on the floor for "good luck" and I placed it in the console before I had it washed. When I got home, I went to reach for it , and noticed that it was gone! I was shocked and couldn't help but think, how many other people have things taken from their cars, and didn't know it. I know times are tough right now, but that is crazy. I usually never keep any money in my car otherwise. I am reluctant to go back to that car wash if the workers steal from you. Beware...you never know!

I would never recommend this car wash!!! I got my car washed there the other day, the man cleaning my car consulted the owner twice about my rims. When me car was finished I checked it over to find that all for of my custom rims were ruined! The owner would not cooperate and claimed I had rust on my rims. He must not know too much about anything because rust does not form on plastic! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I will be seeing him in court shortly to take care of this matter
