        Poor customer services

        It is a shame that when call and ask a simple question of how much for bike tune up or anything and guy on phone yells at you! "I say to my myself, excuse me?" No need to have that attitude! For business should be to help and assist customers for services and more better customer service then more customer would come or be a repeat customer for business performance! That's how business runs is treat customer with great services and excellent customer service experience so at least some people feel comfort going there! I do hope the place starts to understand and change the attitude around and make customer service experience better
