        Overall

        John is the best personal fitness trainer I’ve ever had. I’ve been an athlete my whole life and even played D1 lacrosse. However, I’ve never enjoyed working out as much as I do now. He makes working out with machines and weights comfortable for a female like myself who never really felt relaxed in that environment.



        Not only does he push me to be stronger with weights, he is very knowledgeable in how the body works with diet and nutrient. I would say diet has been a major factor in toning up my body, and as much as I love to eat everything, John has helped with giving me alternatives that are much healthier.
