Anchor Pediatrics Lincoln

My children's pediatrician Providence Pediatrics office closed and my kids records were transferred to Anchor Pediatrics and trying to get a referral to a specialist is nearly impossible. This is unacceptable especially when my child needs to be seen. They keep giving me the run around. This is bad practice and I'm transferring my children to another pediatrician. The only reason is has 1 star is because it wont let me proceed. This practice doesn't deserve any stars. Bad Customer Service from the referral dept!!!

Horrible. Don't waste your child's time or health.

I hve been a patient of Dr. Appenfellar for at least 10 years,he is supossed to be my primary care doctor,but all he realy does is send me either to specialists or the hospital,I have had nasel congestion for 6 months he says wash out with a saline solution ( no differance,I also have severe leg and knee pain,ofers no solution go to a pain doctor for injections I have for over a year,not even temporary relief so what good is HE STAY AWAY he is always behind with his appointment scuduale such a back up of people in waiteing room caused by his scedualing,he sees paitents all on Fidays for everything,on other days he only does phisical exams,most of the time you are seen by a phyisns assitance.
