Williamsburg Park Apartments

We have lived here for about 6 months and have hated it since the first day we moved in. Lynn- The so called manger here is rude and horrible. She has been rude since day one! Nolan the so called maintenance guy is CREEY!!!! He has even been in our place while we were sleeping!!!! How creepy is that? This place is a joke! The parking is a riduculous!!!! Usually have to walk around the garages to get to you place. The securr entrance is a joke the door doesn't work!

Would never ever recommend this place or any CIP property!!!!!! Counting the days to get out of here!!!!

We have lived here for about 6 months! IT IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN LINCOLN,NE. We have had problems from day one. Lynn (the manager) is TERRIBLE! She very rude! The maintenance guy (NOLAN) is creepy. Doesn't know how to fix anything. He was even in our place when we were sleeping one day! CREEPY!!!!!! We have complained to the main office about things not getting fixed and KAREN doesn't care either. The winter here was terrible. The parking is awful! The washer and dryer are so loud that you can hear them outside. The dishwasher is the same way! We can't wait to get out of here. DON"T LIVE HERE!!!!
