In the past 2 months I have bought 4 snow tires and 2 additional tires. I also had 2 oil changes done. I was very happy With our experience getting new tires but not with our oil changes. My wife dropped off our first car for an oil change and was not asked which oil she would like to use. Staff went ahead and gave the most expensive oil change without the owners consent. Was she taken advantage of becuase she was a woman. I have a hard time thinking that an $80 oil change was justified. Once both oil changes were complete our check engine light appeared on one of the vehicles. I am aware that this is a separate issue from an oil change. When I went back to ask if it could be checked staff was defensive saying that isn’t becuase of the oil change. I told him I am aware of that but can it please be checked. He said they do not have the machine to do it but come back the next day between 8 and 5 and they can do it. So came back the next day and the same staff member said we can’t do that until 4…. I am very frustrated by this experience after spending a good amount of money at your location.
