IHOP

Arrived between 10:30 and 11 am..had to wait so told hostess for how many. When we were called, we had told her we needed child menu, she came unglued..very rude, threw menu at granddaughter and just mumbled..Our orders were a disaster had blood drawn and am diabetic..did not get my breakfast..then was charged for breakfasts we did not get, and every one was done when I finally got mine. No drink refills, bill was totally wrong, we should have been given my breakfast..was very late and the other adults were almost finished..waitress was just a disaster, she added extra food to the bill, and we got food that should have been on some one elses order. No offer was made to comp, and a just a sorry bout that was offered..we spent a lot of money waitress got not a cent for a tip..we will NOT be going back..was a complete mess..BUT...kudos to the cooks...food was fanstatic.

Pretty disappointed! My bf and I went to eat there they said they called for us we didn't hear them because we were outside by the door because it was so full. Than when they seated us they scowled at us. They price to much for orange juice in a small glass. They treat people like garbage their at these type of places you want to do a good first jmpression and last good inpression. Sorry but looked like a lot of people there were not happy with your service I would shape up or close it down.

07/07/14 It was obvious our waitress was 'on something'. She laughed a lot and gave us a handful of straws for our drinks when we only needed a few. She kept telling us how busy they were but there were only a handful of people eating. She asked us how our food was before we even got it. We had to wait for her to finish her smoke break before getting our ticket. While waiting to pay at the register she asked us how many were in our party (as if to seat us) after she had just been our waitress for the last hour. Dishes were dirty, we had to ask for two new drink glasses before getting one without food stuck to it. Floor by bathrooms were covered with water. Bathrooms dirty and food was only minimally good. Will probably not return although we love IHOP pancakes!!! Very disappointed.
